At WizKids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding the perfect fit for your child is always stress-free and simple.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
